Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you may use scentmonkey.com, a comparison site covering no KYC crypto casinos and other Bitcoin casino sites available to US players. By browsing the site, reading a review or following a link to an operator, you accept the terms below. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
Last reviewed: Sep 23, 2026. We update this page when our commercial arrangements, editorial process or the operators we cover change materially.
Who can use this site
Crypto & Bitcoin Casinos is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 to use this site, and at least 21 where the casino you are considering or the law in your state sets that as the minimum. Each operator publishes its own minimum age in its terms; check it before you register, because it is the operator's rule — not ours — that governs your account. We do not knowingly direct content at anyone under the applicable minimum age, and we do not produce content designed to appeal to minors.
Gambling involves the risk of losing money. Nothing on this site is a prediction, a promise of a result, or a suggestion that gambling is a way to earn income or resolve a financial problem. If gambling is causing you or someone close to you harm, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is available 24/7 at 1-800-GAMBLER. Our responsible gambling resources explain deposit limits, cool-offs and self-exclusion in more detail, including the important point that offshore crypto casinos may not offer the same player protections or self-exclusion tools that state-regulated US operators are required to provide.
Legal standing: what we are and are not saying
There is no federal legalization of online casino gaming in the US. The crypto casinos we cover are almost always offshore operators, licensed in jurisdictions such as Curaçao or Anjouan — and in some cases Malta (MGA) — rather than by any US regulator. Regulated online casino gaming exists in only a handful of states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island, and those licensed operators do not run on cryptocurrency.
That leaves offshore crypto casinos in a legal grey area for most US players. We state that plainly rather than glossing it, and these terms do not represent any site as legal, licensed or approved for use in your state. State law varies and some states are explicitly restrictive; many operators self-restrict particular states in their own terms. You are responsible for checking the law where you live and for reading the operator's restricted-territory list.
Two things we will never publish: instructions for evading state geoblocks or an operator's restrictions, and advice on getting around identity verification, anti-money-laundering or sanctions checks. "No KYC" on this site means an operator advertises play without up-front document checks — it does not mean an account is beyond scrutiny, and it is not a route to conceal income or avoid tax.
US players are generally liable for tax on gambling winnings and, separately, on gains made on cryptocurrency. Anything we write about tax or law is general information only. Consult a qualified tax or legal professional about your own position; we are not qualified to advise you and nothing here should be treated as definitive advice.
How we make money, and what commission does not buy
scentmonkey.com is free to read. We earn revenue through affiliate arrangements: if you follow a link from one of our pages, open an account and play, the operator may pay us a commission. That is the case for most of the brands listed on this site, including the ranked cards you see on our comparison pages.
Commercial relationships do not decide rankings or ratings. Our editorial team researches and reviews operators against a fixed set of criteria, and an operator that pays more does not move up. We also cover limitations — including for our top-ranked picks — because a comparison site that only lists positives is useless to the person making the decision.
How our rankings and ratings are produced
Ratings on this site are editorial scores, assigned by our team. They are not customer-review scores, survey results or an aggregate of user ratings, and they should not be read as either. The factors we weigh for a no KYC crypto casino page are:
- Verification policy — what an operator states about identity checks at signup, at withdrawal and at threshold amounts, and how clearly its terms set out when documents can be requested.
- Coin support — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin, and stablecoins such as Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC), plus wider altcoin support and which networks are accepted for on-chain deposits and withdrawals.
- Payout speed and withdrawal limits — advertised processing times, stated per-transaction and per-period limits, and any conditions attached to them.
- Game range — slots, live dealer tables, blackjack, roulette and baccarat, plus crash, dice, plinko and in-house originals; and which studios supply the RNG content.
- Fairness and security — provably fair implementations on originals, RNG certification and audit claims for third-party games, and account controls such as two-factor authentication (2FA).
- Bonus terms — headline offer set against wagering, time limits, game weighting and maximum cash-out.
- Licensing and support — the stated licence, and the availability and responsiveness of customer support channels.
We research, review and verify against operators' published information. We do not claim to have deposited, played or withdrawn at the sites we cover, and any speed we quote is an advertised figure, not a measured one.
Bonus offers: the terms that actually matter
Every promotion shown on this site is the operator's offer, not ours. Headline numbers are the ceiling, not the expected outcome, and each one carries conditions set by the casino — wagering or playthrough multiples, minimum deposits, qualifying coins, eligible games and weighting, expiry windows, maximum bet while a bonus is active, and caps on what can be withdrawn from bonus funds. Cashback and rakeback offers have their own rules about how the rate is calculated, what losses qualify and when it credits.
We list headline offers as advertised. Offers change without notice, and an offer may not be available in your state or to your account type.
| Operator | Headline offer as advertised | Editorial rating | What to read before opting in |
|---|---|---|---|
| BetPanda | 10% weekly cashback | 10.0 | How losses are calculated, the qualifying period and any wagering on the cashback |

Closer look at three of the listed operators
BetPanda sits top of our list because its proposition is built around ongoing value rather than a front-loaded match, which suits players who dislike playthrough conditions. The advertised 10% weekly cashback returns a share of net losses on a fixed weekly cycle; check the operator's terms for what counts as a qualifying loss and whether the credit must be wagered before withdrawal. Limitation: cashback is only worth something when you have lost, so it offers nothing to a player who wants an up-front bankroll boost, and a weekly cycle means waiting rather than instant credit.
CoinPoker Casino earns its place through the poker room alongside the casino floor, which is a genuinely different offering from the pure slots-and-originals sites. The advertised 150% welcome bonus up to $2,000 is the largest percentage match near the top of our list, but it releases against playthrough set by the operator and a $2,000 maximum requires a substantial deposit to reach. Limitation: a poker-led site's casino library and live-dealer range will not match a dedicated casino brand's, so it suits crossover players more than slots specialists.
Cryptorino pairs a BTC-denominated match with recurring cashback, which is unusual — most sites do one or the other. The 100% match up to 1 BTC is denominated in Bitcoin, so the dollar value of your bonus moves with the BTC price, and the 10% weekly cashback runs alongside it. Limitation: a BTC-denominated ceiling exposes you to price movement both ways, and a headline of 1 BTC is only reachable by depositing at a level most players will not approach. Read the wagering multiple and max cash-out before opting in.
Crypto payments, fees and the risks you carry
Deposits and withdrawals at the sites we cover are on-chain transactions in cryptocurrency. USD is the reference currency on this site, but you are moving coins, not dollars.
- Funding. You send coins from a self-custody wallet or an exchange account to the address the casino generates. Sending on the wrong network, or to an old address, generally means the funds are unrecoverable — that risk is yours, not ours or the operator's.
- Fees and confirmations. Network and gas fees apply and vary with congestion; Ethereum gas and Bitcoin fees can move sharply. Deposits credit after the operator's required number of confirmations, which differs by coin and by site.
- Payouts. "Instant withdrawal" describes an operator's internal processing, not chain settlement. Withdrawal limits, minimums and any fee are set in the casino's terms, and verification can be requested at withdrawal even where none was needed at signup.
- Volatility. If you hold a balance in BTC, ETH, LTC or DOGE, its dollar value can fall while it sits in your account or in your wallet. Stablecoins such as USDT and USDC are used precisely to hold value in dollar terms during play, though they carry their own issuer and network risks.
Any account, balance or transaction dispute is between you and the operator. We are not a party to it, we cannot access your account, release a withdrawal or overturn a decision, and we hold no customer funds. If something goes wrong, start with the casino's support channel and its complaints procedure; its licensing body may also offer a route. You are welcome to tell us about the experience — reader reports feed into our reviews — but we cannot act as an intermediary.
What you get from the operators beyond casino play
Most of the brands on this site run more than a casino. Several operate a sportsbook, and offers can straddle both — Vave's advertised package, for example, includes a free bet alongside the casino bonus, with the operator's own settlement rules. Others run a poker room, as CoinPoker Casino does, or esports and virtual markets. VIP and loyalty programs typically span every product line, which is how rakeback deals at sites like Winna and Thrill accrue. Our reviews focus on the casino side; where we mention an adjacent product, the same rule applies — terms, restrictions and minimum ages are the operator's, and a bonus that is good on the casino may behave very differently on the sportsbook.
Accuracy, changes and limits on our liability
We research operator information carefully and date our findings, but casino terms, licences, coin support and promotions change frequently and sometimes without notice. The operator's own current terms always override anything you read here. Where a licensing claim cannot be verified from a public source, we say so rather than repeat marketing copy as fact.
